Karen Reeder has over 25 years of professional experience in commercial real estate finance. Karen’s hands-on approach and background allows her to be involved in all phases of debt placement, including deal structure, documentation, loan closing, and loan administration.

Karen's specific expertise with CMBS loans has also given StepStone the foundation to successfully provide loan modifications services to its clients.

Prior to joining StepStone, Karen was previously with Burnham Real Estate Capital Market’s Division, where her team originated over $1 Billion in commercial loans. She has managed the loan closing departments for several prominent developers, as well as a local bank.
