Pasquale Ioele brings over 12 years of real estate experience to StepStone, where he is involved with originating and structuring capital transactions. Pasquale also assists in other capacities at StepStone, such as asset management, property repositioning, and other advisory services.

Prior to joining StepStone in 2008, Pasquale worked for several San Diego based, real estate development and investment companies. His roles have included acquisitions, finance, and management, including work as the general manager for the Shops at Las Americas, a 550,000 SF retail-outlet center located in San Diego, adjacent to the international border crossing with Tijuana, Mexico. 

Pasquale also spent several years working overseas. While working for an international architectural and development firm in Italy, he obtained his Masters in Business Administration from the Rome Campus of St. John’s University of New York. Pasquale also holds a Bachelors Degree in Communications Studies from the University of San Diego.

Pasquale is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Center (ICSC), Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the University of San Diego Burnham-Moores Real Estate Institute. He is a licensed California real estate broker, and is a candidate for designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
