Jason manages a portfolio of retail properties in the north San Diego area. A retail specialist, his large center experience provides depth and breadth to his role at StepStone.

Jason was formerly with Westfield Corporation where he managed all aspects of two super-regional shopping centers in the San Diego area. He supervised a $30 million expansion featuring 20,000 square feet of small shop retail and the nation's first Wal-Mart to anchor an enclosed regional shopping center.

Jason earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from San Diego State University. He is a Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) and Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He is a licensed California real estate broker, and serves on the board of directors for the Cardiff Chamber of Commerce.
