Lynn works with Michelle Ramsey to oversee accounting department operations and manages accounting for a group of StepStone managed properties.

Lynn has 20 years of real estate accounting experience with StepStone, the Hahn Company, Burnham Pacific and Alecta Investment Management. She delivers institutional quality accounting, reporting and forecasting services to StepStone clients.

She is proficient in all real estate accounting software packages, including Yardi, MRI and Timberline.
